At SAPROL, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
You may request a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
Items must be returned within 10 days after approval
Important:
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used nicotine, snus, or tobacco-related products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
